Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergeant Smash (ranked 1478 p4p, 2409 weight class) and Xiong Guo (ranked 28 p4p, 85 weight class). The key to victory for Sergeant Smash has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Guo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Smash lands a nice hook to Guo's body. Guo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Smash tries to bum rush Guo with a series of wild strikes but Guo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Smash tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Guo was well out of range. Poor timing from Smash.
Smash is looking to wear down Guo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Smash throws a nice looking combination but Guo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A nice side step and Guo releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smash cracks Guo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Guo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Smash finish him?
Guo is rocked!
Smash drops Guo with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Guo! Smash dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

A pretty intense looking Sergeant Smash took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
