Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ulysses Blazkov (ranked 215 p4p, 168 weight class) and Bryer McGuire (ranked 39 p4p, 33 weight class). Blazkov comes to the cage accompanied by Me And The Devil. McGuire comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Simple Man - Lynyrd Skynyrd kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blazkov missing with a left hand there. McGuire was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McGuire throws a head kick but Blazkov moves out of range.
Blazkov slips under a jab.
Blazkov definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
McGuire gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Blazkov.
McGuire chopping away at his opponent's legs.
McGuire throws a front kick aimed at Blazkov's knee but Blazkov avoids it well.
Blazkov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McGuire was well out of range. Poor timing from Blazkov.
Blazkov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McGuire thinks about the counter body kick.
McGuire pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Blazkov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Blazkov misses with a looping left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blazkov takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
McGuire keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McGuire throws a head kick that misses.
Blazkov throws a body punch but McGuire moves out of range.
Blazkov getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

McGuire doesn't manage to clinch there - Blazkov circles away.
Blazkov lands with a hook. McGuire tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Blazkov lands a slapping body shot.
Blazkov throws a hook but McGuire blocks it.
McGuire throws out a counter right but Blazkov avoids it with no problem.
McGuire lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Blazkov backs up against the cage.

It looks like Ulysses Blazkov has been cut.

McGuire connects with a solid leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for McGuire.
Blazkov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McGuire uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Blazkov.
McGuire blocks a jab.
Blazkov throws out a loose jab but McGuire uses good head movement to avoid it.
Blazkov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McGuire sees it coming and avoids it easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

McGuire throws a lazy right hand but Blazkov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Blazkov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Blazkov throws a chopping leg kick but McGuire manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
A little jabbing left from McGuire on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
McGuire tries a low kick but Blazkov avoids it.
McGuire dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Blazkov misses with a right hand

and McGuire counters with a nice right hand that sends Blazkov toppling to the canvas! Blazkov scrambles and gets back to his feet - can McGuire finish him?!
McGuire takes a kick to the side of the head.

Blazkov walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Blazkov limp body while McGuire jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
