The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Mahrishi misses.
Gustafsson feinted with a counter takedown.
Mahrishi doesn't manage to clinch there - Gustafsson circles away.
Gustafsson seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

and Gustafsson counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Gustafsson drops back looking for a leg! Mahrishi is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mahrishi manages to kick Gustafsson off! Gustafsson jumps back into Mahrishi's guard.
Gustafsson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Gustafsson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mahrishi doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gustafsson.
