The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahearn defending well as Denton loads up on a big left hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Denton misses the target.
A big right from Denton misses.
Denton with a hook.
Ahearn takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Denton uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ahearn.
A little feinted left hand from Denton on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Denton moves away from the strike by Ahearn.
Denton throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A telegraphed right hand from Ahearn misses the target.
Denton misses with a jab to the body
and Ahearn counters with a stiff right hand.
Denton looks to score with a jab to the body but Ahearn is just out of range.
As Denton backs off Ahearn throws a huge counter combo but Denton manages to avoid it all.
Denton slips under a jab.
It looked like Denton wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ahearn lands with a right that hurts Denton. Denton looks to clinch but Ahearn throws a short knee that drops Denton. This one is all over!
