Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Schwartz Gomez (ranked 452 p4p, 2421 weight class) and Michael Dunn (ranked 69 p4p, 313 weight class). Gomez comes to the cage accompanied by POP SMOKE - GOT IT ON ME. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Dunn.
Dunn throws a looping overhand right but Gomez ducks down to avoid it.
Gomez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Gomez fires out a quick counter leg kick but Dunn just manages to avoid it.
Dunn takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Dunn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gomez moves away.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dunn crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gomez - the referee stops the clock and Dunn gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gomez. Dunn manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Dunn misses with a straight right.

Gomez clinches up against the cage.
Dunn wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A short uppercut from Gomez.

It looks like Michael Dunn has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dunn has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Gomez misses with a hook from the clinch.
Dunn misses with a hook to the ribs.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Gomez.
Dunn lands a right hand that snaps the head of Gomez backwards.
Gomez lands with a light punch inside.

Dunn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gomez sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Gomez looks to land a right hand but Dunn moved out of range.
The fighters circling - Dunn throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Gomez feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Dunn connects with a jab.
Gomez slips a jab from Dunn.

Gomez clinches up against the cage.
Gomez lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Dunn throws a punch but it's blocked by Gomez.
Gomez throws an elbow that misses.
Dunn working aggressively here.

Dunn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A big right from Dunn misses.
Dunn throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A counter left hand to the body from Gomez misses its target.
Dunn's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gomez connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dunn scrambles back to his feet.

Dunn is rocked!
Gomez thuds a left hand into Dunn's body.
Dunn is still on wobbly legs! Can Gomez finish him?
Dunn has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Gomez.
Dunn looks winded!

Gomez throws a pinpoint strike between Dunn's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Dunn crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Gomez scores a great knockout victory!
