Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Laughing Panda!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Skip Squint and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Panda blocks a head kick by Jones.
Panda feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jones wants to sweep here but Panda controlling him for the moment.

Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Panda controls from within his opponent's guard.
Jones escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Panda gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jones keeping moving, preventing Panda from controlling successfully.
Panda sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jones's guard.
Panda frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Panda sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Panda is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jones can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Jones is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jones tries to lock up and control but Panda gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Panda looking to secure an arm triangle but Jones defends it well.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Panda swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Jones is now in Panda's guard. A big mistake from Panda there, giving up the dominant position!
Panda is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jones defends well.
Jones has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Panda is looking for a triangle but Jones pushes his legs off easily.

Panda has his foot on Jones's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jones works his way back into a safe position though.
Panda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jones gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jones postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Jones wants to pass the guard but Panda is keeping the position.
Jones has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Panda is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Jones frees his head nicely. Oh but Panda has switched to an armbar! Jones is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
