Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Fury (ranked 2093 p4p, 1547 weight class) and Medzavi Nwaoge (ranked 268 p4p, 200 weight class). Fury comes to the cage accompanied by Astronaut in the ocean. Nwaoge comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Buganda Music Ensemble - Mulirwana kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nwaoge lands a big right hand that sends Fury crashing to the mat! Nwaoge stays standing though and waves Fury back to his feet!

It looks like James Fury has been cut.
Nwaoge takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fury fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nwaoge lands a body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fury shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nwaoge as he avoids it easily.
Nwaoge scores with a jab.
Fury gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Nwaoge counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Fury off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Nwaoge follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Fury was out before he hit the floor.

After winning the bout, Medzavi Nwaoge thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
