The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandstatter throws a shot from downtown. Steve moves away and avoids it.
Brandstatter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Brandstatter checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Brandstatter scores with a kick to the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Steve.
Steve scores with a hook to the body. Brandstatter takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Steve lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Brandstatter moves into range and connects with a jab.
Nice uppercut lands for Brandstatter. That snapped Steve's head back.
Brandstatter with a nice calf kick.
Brandstatter attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Brandstatter fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Steve looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Steve tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Brandstatter looks to land a left hand but Steve moved out of range nicely.
Brandstatter's corner calls for a 1-2. Brandstatter obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Brandstatter throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Steve counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Steve throws a hook but Brandstatter avoids it easily.
Brandstatter is trying to counter with his kicks.
Steve defending well as Brandstatter loads up on a big left hand.

Wolfgang Brandstatter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Steve rushes Brandstatter and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Brandstatter is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Steve piles on the pressure and Brandstatter crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
