Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cracky Johnson (ranked 24204 p4p, 24456 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is D'evils - JAY-Z. The key to victory for Cracky Johnson has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Xxx closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Johnson quickly recovers to half guard.
Johnson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Xxx tries to stand and escape but Johnson is controlling the position.

Xxx stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Johnson to get to his feet.
Johnson closes the distance looking to clinch
and Xxx counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A nice leg kick lands there from Johnson.

Xxx bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Xxx decides to stand back up. Xxx steps back and let's Johnson get back to his feet.
Johnson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Xxx is trying to counter with his kicks.
Johnson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Xxx was well out of range. Poor timing from Johnson.

Johnson instigates a clinch.

Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Xxx counters with a nice kick to the body.

Xxx shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Johnson but Johnson pushes him off and we're back to square one.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Johnson enables Xxx to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Johnson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Xxx gets to his feet - Johnson follows without any prompting.
Johnson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Johnson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Johnson doesn't manage to clinch there - Xxx circles away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Johnson darts in looking for a takedown but Xxx gets double underhooks and turns Johnson into the cage.
Xxx throws a big counter head kick but Johnson avoids it with no problem.

Xxx's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Xxx drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Xxx's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Xxx stands up from Johnson's guard - Xxx perhaps looking for a knockout.

Xxx decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Xxx is staying tight to Johnson's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Xxx decides to stand up, so the ref orders Johnson to his feet.

Xxx throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Xxx off to one side.

Johnson pushes Xxx off but Xxx dives into side control.

Xxx decides to stand back up. Xxx steps back and let's Johnson get back to his feet.
Xxx fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Johnson avoids it really well and circles away.

Johnson misses with a straight right.
Johnson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A little jabbing left from Xxx on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Xxx circles away from the clinch attempt.
Xxx counters with a body kick.
Xxx dodges the punch combination from Johnson.
As Johnson backs off Xxx throws a huge counter combo but Johnson manages to avoid it all.
Xxx shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Johnson defends it nicely.
