PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Nilsen (ranked 2516 p4p, 2629 weight class) and Sol Fitzsimmons (ranked 325 p4p, 341 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Dennis Nilsen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dennis Nilsen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitzsimmons scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Nilsen doesn't seem bothered though.
A slow jab from Nilsen misses its intended target.
Fitzsimmons leaves Nilsen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Nilsen takes one on the button.

It looks like Dennis Nilsen has been cut.

Fitzsimmons connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nilsen momentarily.
Nilsen takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nilsen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Fitzsimmons! Nilsen is out on his feet! Fitzsimmons rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Nilsen is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Nilsen is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
