Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wolfgang Muller (ranked 148 p4p, 296 weight class) and Gyukosho Fujimoto (ranked 24 p4p, 45 weight class). Muller comes into the arena with In the Hall of the Mountain King blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gyukosho Fujimoto!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fujimoto on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Muller. Muller obviously looking to wear him down.
We've been informed that Fujimoto has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Muller attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Muller swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Fujimoto.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fujimoto swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Muller cracks a nice hook into Fujimoto's ribs.

That was a close round but I would say that Wolfgang Muller will probably get the nod.

Fujimoto lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Muller shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
It seemed like Fujimoto was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Fujimoto might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Muller lands with a thumping leg kick.
Muller waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Fujimoto.
Muller cracks Fujimoto with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Muller has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Fujimoto to stand back up!
Muller lands a big uppercut and Fujimoto crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fujimoto looks OK. Muller waves Fujimoto back to his feet!
Fujimoto is rocked!

Fujimoto shapes to counter with a head kick.
Muller misses with a kick to the body.
Fujimoto raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Muller avoids the body shot from Fujimoto.
Muller lands a big head kick that sends Fujimoto tumbling to the mat! Muller takes a step backwards and waves Fujimoto back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fujimoto is still on wobbly legs! Can Muller finish him?
Muller lands a jab to Fujimoto's midsection.
Fujimoto seems to have recovered his senses.
Muller throws a head kick that misses.
Fujimoto throws out a counter right but Muller avoids it with no problem.
Fujimoto throws a hook to the side of Muller's head but Muller sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Muller connects with a crisp jab.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Muller throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Fujimoto is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Wolfgang Muller bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
