The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Izmaylov lands a big head kick that sends Tai Kung tumbling to the mat! Izmaylov takes a step backwards and waves Tai Kung back to his feet - he wants the finish!

A solid leg kick lands there for Izmaylov.
Izmaylov cracks Tai Kung with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tai Kung looks to land a left hand but Izmaylov moved out of range nicely.
The crowd cheers as Izmaylov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tai Kung doesn't seem phased though.
Tai Kung throws a right and a left that Izmaylov avoids nicely.
Izmaylov looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Potemkin Izmaylov dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Izmaylov lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Izmaylov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tai Kung throws out the jab.
Izmaylov sizes up Tai Kung with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Tai Kung throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Izmaylov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tai Kung crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Izmaylov - the referee stops the clock and Tai Kung gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Izmaylov. Tai Kung manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Izmaylov has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Izmaylov throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Tai Kung stumbling backwards into the cage! Tai Kung bounces back off the cage towards Izmaylov, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Izmaylov lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Izmaylov celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Potemkin Izmaylov!

A relieved looking Potemkin Izmaylov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
