Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liger fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Vajag to the ground. Liger is now in Vajag's guard.

Liger wants to control from the top but Vajag keeps moving.

Liger drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Vajag dives on top into guard.

Vajag is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vajag wants to control from the top but Liger keeps moving.
Liger wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Vajag is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Liger has his hands on Vajag's head, controlling the position.

Vajag is fighting to break Liger's control of his arms but Liger is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Vajag is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The crowd cheers as Vajag lands an impressive looking overhand right. Liger doesn't seem phased though.
Jushin Liger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liger shoots for a takedown but Vajag saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Vajag definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Vajag lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Vajag scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Liger creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Vajag sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It's a brutal combination of punches from Vajag! Liger is backing up but he can't get away as Vajag lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Liger and ends the fight. Great knockout.
