Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Charlie River (ranked 1657 p4p, 1405 weight class) and Richard Morrison (ranked 99 p4p, 85 weight class). River's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Waylon Jennings - I've Always Been Crazy. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

River throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
We've been told by River's head coaches at Rivers Edge Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

River fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Morrison manages to avoid it.

River throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Morrison displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as River throws out the jab.

Morrison throws a lazy uppercut
and River counters with a straight that turns Morrison's legs to rubber! River pushes forward with more strikes and Morrison goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
