Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vino Selvatico!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Selvatico misses with a hook. Ariitaia ducked under it nicely.
It looked like Ariitaia wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ariitaia looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ariitaia throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Selvatico cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ariitaia tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Selvatico was well out of range. Poor timing from Ariitaia.
Selvatico connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ariitaia's hands.

Selvatico lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ariitaia's sensitive parts.
Selvatico tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ariitaia was well out of range. Poor timing from Selvatico.
Selvatico throws a front kick that sends Ariitaia stumbling back into the cage.
Ariitaia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Selvatico manages to avoid it.
A nice side step and Selvatico releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Selvatico throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Ariitaia connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ariitaia lands with an uppercut that bounces Selvatico off the cage and back into range.
Ariitaia throws an off balance right hand
and Selvatico counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Gordon Ariitaia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Ariitaia. Selvatico does a little dance to reset his feet.

Selvatico lands a left and a right that send Ariitaia crashing to the mat, dazed. Selvatico thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ariitaia is rocked!
Ariitaia glances at the clock... BAM! Selvatico nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Ariitaia crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Ariitaia is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vino Selvatico!
