The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powerhous displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Morrison Dickson has been cut.
Nice straight punches there by Dickson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dickson.
Powerhous takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Powerhous drives through with a takedown into Dickson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Powerhous lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Powerhous stopping the sweep attempt from Dickson.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Powerhous is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Powerhous scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Powerhous slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Powerhous has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Powerhous passes Dickson's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Powerhous is looking to advance position but Dickson won't allow it.
Powerhous is taking a breather. Dickson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Powerhous works his way into full mount!
Dickson is just holding on here. Powerhous manages to take his back.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dickson is trying to remain composed but Powerhous is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.

Powerhous is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Dickson with him. Dickson is trying to defend but Powerhous has an arm under the chin now! Dickson grimaces and is forced to tap out!
