Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arlen Stumpf (ranked 4076 p4p, 4138 weight class) and Jimothy Jones (ranked 495 p4p, 501 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arlen Stumpf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jimothy Jones !
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stumpf shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jones as he jumps to the side.
Stumpf looks for a takedown but Jones sprawls well.
Jones is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Jones scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Stumpf doesn't seem bothered though.
Stumpf shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arlen Stumpf. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stumpf closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Stumpf lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stumpf wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.
Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stumpf. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stumpf controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones is looking to stand up but Stumpf isn't so interested in that idea.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Stumpf with a poor takedown
and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.
Jones lands a left and a right that send Stumpf crashing to the mat, dazed. Jones thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Jones lands a leg kick that knocks Stumpf off balance momentarily.
Stumpf fails with the takedown
and Jones scores with a counter punch that sends Stumpf to the canvas! Jones smells blood - he's punishing Stumpf with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Stumpf has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jimothy Jones !
A relieved looking Jimothy Jones thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
