Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Ilmarinen (ranked 934 p4p, 989 weight class) and Jana Iii Sobieskiego (ranked 133 p4p, 141 weight class). Jana Iii Sobieskiego will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Jana Iii Sobieskiego!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobieskiego keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ilmarinen fails with the takedown
and Sobieskiego counters with a nice uppercut.
Ilmarinen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sobieskiego sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seppo Ilmarinen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fighters circling - Sobieskiego throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ilmarinen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sobieskiego as he jumps to the side.

Nice uppercut lands for Sobieskiego. That snapped Ilmarinen's head back.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sobieskiego slaps away a takedown attempt from Ilmarinen, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Sobieskiego counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
A nice leg kick lands there from Sobieskiego.
Seppo Ilmarinen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ilmarinen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sobieskiego as he jumps to the side.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ilmarinen goes for a double leg but Sobieskiego avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sobieskiego continues to drive forward.

Sobieskiego escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Sobieskiego drops Ilmarinen with a straight right hand, right on the button! Sobieskiego follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

A very excited looking Jana Iii Sobieskiego rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
