The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Takedown paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Panda takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Panda tries to clinch up but Takedown circles away and keeps his distance.
Takedown could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Takedown tests Panda's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Takedown waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Panda.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Panda! But no joy.
Panda is looking to clinch.
The fighters circling - Takedown throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Takedown circles away from the clinch attempt.
Panda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Takedown swivels and escapes.

Takedown throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Panda tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Takedown is in Panda's guard.

Panda looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Takedown is defending well. Panda quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Takedown has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Panda celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
