The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Richards has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sullivan.
Reed Richards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sullivan throws a leg kick that misses.
Richards pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sullivan throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Sullivan lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Richards has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Richards and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Richards throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sullivan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Sullivan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Richards, pushing him back against the cage.
Sullivan lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sullivan lands a shoulder strike.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sullivan tries a body shot but Richards blocks it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Sullivan.
Sullivan lands a left hand.
Sullivan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Richards swings wildly with an uppercut but Sullivan uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sullivan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Richards is rocked!
Sullivan misses with a punch on the inside.
Oh Richards is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sullivan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Sullivan blocks an uppercut.
Sullivan throws a head punch that misses.
Richards stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sullivan gets through Richards's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Sullivan throws a big uppercut that drops Richards! More strikes from Sullivan and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Richards lies dazed against the cage as Sullivan celebrates with his cornermen!
