Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Coach (ranked 6164 p4p, 6002 weight class) and Harry Jansen (ranked 564 p4p, 558 weight class). Coach comes into the arena with Can't Be Touched - Ray Jones blaring out of the sound system. Harry Jansen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Freddie Coach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harry Jansen!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coach fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jansen, pushing him back against the cage.
Coach throws a head punch that misses.
Jansen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Coach really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jansen is trying to force a seperation but Coach has the dominant position.

Coach breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Coach moves into the clinch.
Jansen wants to get back to striking at distance but Coach won't allow it.
Jansen is trying to push Coach away but Coach has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Jansen is trying to break the clinch but Coach has him pressed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jansen is looking to break free of the clinch but Coach has double underhooks.

Coach lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Coach pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Oooooh!!! Jansen has knocked Coach down with a huge combo! Jansen steps away and waves a wobbly Coach back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Coach is rocked!
Coach tries to clinch there but Jansen circles away.
Oh Coach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Coach moves into the clinch.
Jansen blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Coach misses with some punches.
Coach seems to have got his legs back now.
Jansen wants to break the clinch but can't.

Coach breaks the clinch.
Coach showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jansen.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Coach get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Coach stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Jansen runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Harry Jansen!
In his post fight interview, Harry Jansen started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
The defeated Freddie Coach had this to say: 'Palaan pian, odota vain paluuta.'.
