Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sam Salter (ranked 4745 p4p, 23856 weight class) and Jack Dawson (ranked 392 p4p, 479 weight class). Salter comes to the cage accompanied by Dead Or Alive. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Dawson!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dawson's waist but Dawson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Salter off to one side.
Dawson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Salter is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Salter trying to control the position from guard on top but Dawson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dawson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dawson wants to improve his position but instead Salter has moved into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dawson is trying to stand up here but Salter is controlling him well.
Salter seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Dawson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
