Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Barkley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walad Anubis!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anubis takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A punch combination from Anubis misses.
Anubis lands with an uppercut that bounces Barkley off the cage and back into range.
Anubis pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Barkley has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Primal Concrete Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Anubis has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Barkley thumps Anubis with a low kick.
Anubis takes a kick to the side of the head.
Walad Anubis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barkley throws a lazy right hand but Anubis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Anubis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Barkley ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
An attempted straight right counter from Barkley misses the target.
Anubis tests Barkley's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Anubis walks forward, straight into a front kick from Barkley.

Anubis shapes to counter with a head kick.
Barkley cracks a nice hook into Anubis's ribs.
Barkley misses with a hook. Anubis ducked under it nicely.
Barkley throws a body kick that misses.
Anubis doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

and Anubis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Anubis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Barkley can pounce on him.
Anubis stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Barkley.
Barkley looks to score with a jab to the body but Anubis is just out of range.
Anubis lands a really nice looking cross but Barkley seems unphased.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barkley lands with a thumping leg kick.
Barkley connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Anubis momentarily.
Anubis looks for the body kick but Barkley saw that one coming.
Anubis throws a hook but Barkley avoids it easily.
Barkley swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Anubis looks to land a body kick but Barkley moved away.
Barkley is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Barkley slips a jab from Anubis.
Barkley tried to counter with a leg kick but Anubis avoided it.
Barkley throws a nice inside leg kick.
Barkley moves out of range as Anubis throws a body kick.
A little feinted left hand from Barkley on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Barkley pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Anubis! But no joy.
Barkley moves out of range of the strikes.

Barkley scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Barkley lands a lovely overhand right.
Barkley throws a looping overhand right but Anubis ducks down to avoid it.
Anubis let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Barkley throws a low kick but Anubis avoids it.
Anubis throws a hook but Barkley blocks it.
Anubis blocks a head kick by Barkley.
Anubis swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Barkley rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Anubis counters with a crisp right hand that drops Barkley! Anubis lets Barkley back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Barkley is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anubis avoids the body shot from Barkley.

A lazy body kick from Barkley
and Anubis counters with a crisp right that sends Barkley to the canvas! Anubis follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
