The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Montgomery throws a head kick that misses.
Montgomery scores with a jab. Cartwright acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Montgomery misses with a shot to the body
and Cartwright cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Montgomery tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cartwright was well out of range. Poor timing from Montgomery .
A telegraphed right hand from Montgomery misses the target.
Cartwright rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Montgomery moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Montgomery fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Cartwright on the side of the head.
Montgomery throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cartwright smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Montgomery throws a body shot but no joy.
Cartwright throws a right and a left that Montgomery avoids nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Montgomery tests Cartwright's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Cartwright ducks right into an uppercut from Montgomery .
