and Man counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Meredith!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Man thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Meredith wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Man is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Meredith is trying to escape and Man transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Meredith is forced to tap! Nice work there by Man! Very nice indeed!
