The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sinisterra wants to stand but Lewis is controlling his arm.

Lewis seems to have recovered his senses.

Sinisterra decides to stand up, so the ref orders Lewis to his feet.
Sinisterra closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Lewis out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

Luis Sinisterra spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
