Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Plebian Franco (ranked 5317 p4p, 5805 weight class) and Choi Dajung (ranked 536 p4p, 555 weight class). Dajung has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Choi Dajung!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franco throws a head kick that half lands.
Franco gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dajung lands a nice shot to the body.
Franco tries to land knees in the clinch but Dajung avoids the damage to the body.
Dajung's coach down at Tez’s Stand N Bang ! was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dajung's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Dajung swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Franco throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dajung blocks it with crossed arms.
Franco misses with a punch on the inside.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dajung.
Dajung avoids a wild elbow strike from Franco.
Still in the clinch, Dajung scores with a nice short uppercut.
Franco lands a knee to the body.
A right handed body shot lands from Franco.
Dajung looks winded!
Dajung has had enough of the clinch but Franco keeps him there for the moment.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Franco digs a right hand into Dajung's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Dajung's gas tank.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd are calling 'kneeees!' as Franco has the Thai clinch. Franco obliges, smashing a knee brutally into Dajung's nose and sending him crashing to the canvas! Will be beat the count?! 3,4,5,6,7,8...9... and he's up on 9! Wow, that was close! The referee takes a long look and is going to allow it to continue!
It looks like Choi Dajung has been cut.
Franco looks for the body kick but Dajung saw that one coming.
Franco looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Franco rushes Dajung and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Franco lands an elbow inside.
Dajung is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Franco lands an elbow inside that Dajung shrugs off.
Dajung is still on wobbly legs! Can Franco finish him?
Franco lands a body punch.
Franco cracks Dajung with a big elbow, right in the eye socket! Dajung drops to his knees in obvious pain! The referee starts the count but it's plainly obvious that Dajung isn't going to get back to his feet. The referee counts none the less and Franco struts around the mat, safe in the knowledge that this one is over. A big win for Franco!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Elbows). Plebian Franco!
Plebian Franco seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
