Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Connor Mac Burns (ranked 1157 p4p, 1032 weight class) and David Tua (ranked 15 p4p, 13 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Connor Mac Burns!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 27 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, David Tua !
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, David Schapiro and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Burns takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A big left from Tua misses.
Burns looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Burns slips under a jab.
Burns throws a shot from downtown. Tua moves away and avoids it.
Burns paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Tua misses with a shot to the body
letting Burns counter with a right hand.
Burns fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tua manages to avoid it.
Tua slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Tua throws an overhand right that lands on Burns's shoulder, as Burns tries to avoid the shot.
Burns uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tua .
Burns ducks straight into an uppercut from Tua and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Burns manages to regain guard straight away.
Burns is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tua loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Oh Burns is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tua trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Burns seems to have got his legs back now.
Tua throwing strikes but missing.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Burns seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Burns looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Tua stands and steps away. Burns gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Burns throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tua counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Burns thinking.
Tua throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Burns throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tua connects with a body shot that sends Burns's belly button to the back.
Tua uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Burns.
Tua bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Burns's head.
The fighters circling - Tua throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Burns was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Good leg kick by Burns.
Tua moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
BOOM! Tua lands a beautiful left hook that drops Burns. Burns tries to recover but Tua is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Burns lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Tua !
