Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Junk Yard Dog!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cameron White!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White with a poor takedown
and Dog counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
White displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dog throws out the jab.
White doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Dog counters with a stiff right hand.
White shoots and misses
and Dog counters with a right hand to the body.
Junk Yard Dog has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cameron White.
Dog with a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters circling - Dog throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
White fails with a takedown attempt.
A little feinted left hand from Dog on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dog wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Dog looks to land a left hand but White moved out of range nicely.
White has his takedown stuffed
and Dog counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dog misses with a straight right.
White slips under a jab.
Dog waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract White.
Dog throws an uppercut from half a mile away. White sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dog connects with a body shot.
White doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Dog counters with a nice uppercut.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
White shoots and misses
and Dog connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
White tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dog sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten White somewhat.
Dog is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
White slips a straight right by Dog.
White moves out of range as Dog strikes.
White fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

White avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Junk Yard Dog is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
White shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Dog counters with a nice right hand that sends White toppling to the canvas! White scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Dog finish him?!

White is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dog throws an uppercut from half a mile away. White sees it coming and avoids it easily.
White shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dog sprawls well. Dog wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. White gets slowly back to his feet.
Dog was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Junk Yard Dog dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Dog lands the left hand.
Dog digs a good hook to White's body.
White uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dog.
And White tries to counter it with a takedown but Dog pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but White might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Dog has got the better of the exchanges.

We've been told by Dog's head coaches at PSE that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
White darts in looking for a takedown but Dog gets double underhooks and turns White into the cage.

and Dog counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Dog cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
White displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dog throws out the jab.

Dog defends well against a solid takedown attempt from White.
Dog lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
White is still on wobbly legs! Can Dog finish him?
White gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Dog gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Junk Yard Dog!
A relieved looking Junk Yard Dog thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
