Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Seok Yi (ranked 1480 p4p, 2450 weight class) and Arturo Ellacuria (ranked 159 p4p, 251 weight class). Yi comes to the cage accompanied by Chris Travis - We Up. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ellacuria drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Yi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ellacuria takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Yi misses with a lunging right hand
and Ellacuria counters with a straight right hand.
Yi is rocked!
It looks like Seok Yi has been cut.
The fighters circling - Yi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Yi has closed the distance and engaged Ellacuria in a clinch.
Ellacuria blocks a body shot from Yi.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Yi.
Ellacuria tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Ellacuria lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Yi tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Yi swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ellacuria swings wildly with an uppercut but Yi uses good head movement to avoid it.
Yi misses with the head strike.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

I was talking to Yi's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Yi misses with a body punch.

Yi lands an uppercut.
Ellacuria breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Oh Yi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Yi walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Ellacuria! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
