Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Breno Pinheiro (ranked 2950 p4p, 3854 weight class) and Branibar Voiwar (ranked 386 p4p, 488 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voiwar looks to score with a jab to the body but Pinheiro is just out of range.
Pinheiro avoids the body shot from Voiwar.
Pinheiro uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Voiwar.
Pinheiro takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Voiwar is pressed up against the cage. Pinheiro has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Voiwar down to the mat. Voiwar avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Pinheiro closes the distance and clinches up with Voiwar, looking for a takedown. Pinheiro pushes Voiwar against the cage but Voiwar circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Voiwar has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Pinheiro seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Voiwar can turn it around.

Pinheiro is stalling here. Voiwar is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Pinheiro seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Voiwar has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Voiwar feints and then cracks Pinheiro's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pinheiro down.
