Horrible takedown attempt by Ilmarinen or perhaps it was just good defense by Von Hardenberg, which made it look bad.

Von Hardenberg sends Ilmarinen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Von Hardenberg is motioning to the referee to let Ilmarinen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Ilmarinen bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Von Hardenberg has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
