Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leevi Saros (ranked 2239 p4p, 2884 weight class) and Hanzo Hattori (ranked 330 p4p, 426 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Saros might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Marko Hietala - Stones. Hattori has chosen Red Warrior as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Hanzo Hattori enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hattori bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Saros's head backwards.
Hattori misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hattori looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hattori lands a leg kick that knocks Saros off balance momentarily.
Hattori pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hattori feints and then cracks Saros's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Saros down.
Saros misses with a body shot.
Hattori flicks out a counter leg kick but Saros steps away.

Hattori takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Saros blocks a head kick by Hattori.
A right-left combo lands from Saros.
Hattori is looking to score with low kicks.
Saros lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hattori backs up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Saros tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Hattori manages to circle out of the way.
Hattori buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Saros tries to work over Hattori's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

We've been hearing reports that Saros has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Hattori takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Saros takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Saros is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Hattori like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Hattori from another fist facial!
