The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bangs moves into the clinch.

Galgo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Galgo takes a swing at Bangs's ribcage but misses.

Bangs rushes Galgo and presses him up against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bangs.

Bangs's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Galgo misses with a two punch combination.
Bangs swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Bangs on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Jason Bangs has been cut.
Bangs tries to clinch but Galgo moves out of range.
It looked like Galgo wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Bangs has Galgo up against the cage in a clinch.

Galgo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bangs misses with a jab, cross combination.
Galgo is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Galgo throws a nice looking combination but Bangs bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A combination from Galgo does no damage.
A left lands for Bangs.
Bangs throws a right hand that misses
enabling Galgo to counter with a crisp jab.

Galgo takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Bangs forces Galgo back against the cage and clinches.

Galgo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bangs misses with an uppercut
and Bangs takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bangs doesn't manage to clinch there - Galgo circles away.
Galgo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Bangs ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Galgo cracks Bangs with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Galgo connects with a looping right hand.

Bangs is rocked!
Galgo sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Bangs's defenses. It connects perfectly with Bangs's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
