Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dusan Smirnov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jans Schmidt!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Schmidt looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Smirnov can't hide his disappointment, as Schmidt celebrates the victory.

Jans Schmidt spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
