Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cod shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bong pinned against the cage. Bong gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Cod fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bong avoids it really well and circles away.

Cod closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bong quickly recovers to half guard.
Bong is trying to control but can't.
Bong tries to kick Cod off but Cod keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are battling for position here. Bong manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Cod might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Cod throws an elbow that misses. Bong uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Cod's guard. Nice move by Bong!

Cod flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
