Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neer misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Faacker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Neer shoots in but Faacker avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Neer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Neer takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Scotty Neer has been cut.
Faacker takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Faacker fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Faacker thuds his right hand into Neer's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Faacker cracks Neer with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Neer tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Faacker pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Neer is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
