Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sunray Spike (ranked 77 p4p, 196 weight class) and Oulu Laine (ranked 13 p4p, 36 weight class). Spike kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is For Heavy Metal we will die!. Laine is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Peti - Oulu Shangri-la. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spike throws a nice outside leg kick.
Laine lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
A jab from Spike finds it's way through Laine's defenses.
Spike looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Laine lands with a nice body kick.
Spike looks to land a right hand but Laine moved out of range.
Laine scores with a jab to the head.

Spike was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Spike throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Spike tries to bum rush Laine with a series of wild strikes but Laine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Spike is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Spike goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
The fighters circling - Laine throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Spike avoids the body shot from Laine.
Spike takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Spike drops his hands momentarily and Laine needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Spike just on the top of the head. Spike drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Spike - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Oulu Laine!
Oulu Laine tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
