Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Borden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mika Hamalainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mika Hamalainen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Steve Borden's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamalainen avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hamalainen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Borden tries to avoid it but Hamalainen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Borden to the ground. Borden escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hamalainen shoots in for a takedown but Borden shows good takedown defense.
Borden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

and Hamalainen counters with a shoot takedown. Borden fights it but they end up in guard.
