The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasnov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rasnov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hornblower sprawls well. Hornblower wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rasnov gets slowly back to his feet.
Hornblower lets loose with a powerful body kick. Rasnov will feel that in the morning.
Rasnov tries to clinch but Hornblower moves out of range.
We've been told by Hornblower 's head coaches at Average Joeï¿½s Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Rasnov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

and Hornblower counters with a nice right hand that sends Rasnov toppling to the canvas! Rasnov scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hornblower finish him?!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rasnov shoots in looking for a takedown. Hornblower tries to sprawl out of it but Rasnov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hornblower manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hornblower creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Rasnov with a big uppercut! Rasnov tries to clinch up but Hornblower pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Rasnov to the mat! Rasnov covers up and Hornblower unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
