The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Omega shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Bishop misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Bishop keeping hold of Omega's head, controlling as best he can.
Omega is trying to control the action in half guard but Bishop is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Omega thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Bishop is trying to maintain the position but Omega is very close to passing his half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Omega wants to pass to mount but Bishop is defending the position.
Bishop wants to get back to full guard.
Bishop wants to control but Omega passes into side.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bishop manages to get back to half guard.
Omega is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Bishop is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Omega really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bishop. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bishop is trying to stand up here but Omega is controlling him well.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are battling for position here. Bishop manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Bishop wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Omega wants to control from the top but Bishop keeps moving.

Bishop had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Omega defends it easily.

Omega stuffs the takedown attempt from Bishop. Bishop gets slowly back to his feet.

Omega shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Omega was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Omega working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Omega wants to take a breather but Bishop manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Omega.
Omega wants to control from the top but Bishop keeps moving.

Bishop is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bishop lands a couple of shots from the bottom.

Kenny Omega dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Bishop is trying hard to land a takedown here. Omega sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bishop can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Omega controls the pace.
Kenny Omega has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bishop looking for a sweep. Not yet Bishop, not yet.
Bishop pulls Omega in close to his closed guard and prevents Omega from doing any damage or advancing position.
Omega looking to sit in guard and control but Bishop gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Omega can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bishop makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Omega is trying to control the position but Bishop postures up.
Bishop lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Bishop content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Omega has his foot on Bishop's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bishop works his way back into a safe position though.
Bishop distracts Omega with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Bishop is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Bishop gets to his feet and stands over Omega, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Omega felt that one! Bishop unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Omega from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lars Bishop!
Lars Bishop seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
