Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marckus Reece!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rick Walling!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walling shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Reece counters with a left and a right that stings Walling.

Reece drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Walling tries to improve position but can't.
Walling looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Walling keeps trying to improve his position.
Walling regains half guard.

Walling actively working from the bottom here.

Walling is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Reece pulls his head out easily.
Reece has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Walling closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
