The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Holliday moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Grant closes the distance and clinches.
Grant breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A punch combination from Grant misses.
Grant swinging wilding here.
Grant throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Grant tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Marcus Grant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Holliday circles away from the clinch attempt.
Holliday lands a nice shot to the body.
Holliday works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Grant shoots in for a takedown but Holliday shows good takedown defense.
Holliday jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Donk. Grant catches Holliday right on the button with a cross.
Grant throws a chopping leg kick but Holliday manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Holliday throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Holliday scores with a nice head shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Holliday, as that shot connected.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Holliday looks to score with a jab to the body but Grant is just out of range.

Grant misses with a double jab
and Holliday counters with a right hand to the body.
Holliday throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Grant falls off balance throwing a combination
and Holliday counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Grant is rocked!
Holliday cracks Grant with a left hook right on the temple and Grant goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Holliday lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Grant is OK!
