The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamay uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hassan.
Hassan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jamay's hands.
Jamay gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Jamay throws a leg kick that misses.

Jamay lands with a nice combination. Hassan backs away looking to recover.

Kofi Jamay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nice takedown defense from Hassan. No joy for Jamay on that attempt.
Hassan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
