Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arax Lightspeed (ranked 242 p4p, 2034 weight class) and Ri Zaadha (ranked 31 p4p, 266 weight class). Lightspeed comes to the cage accompanied by Silver Scrapes. Zaadha has chosen HonestKey- When I Wake Up as his entrance music. Ri Zaadha is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaadha lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for Lightspeed.
Zaadha throws a leg kick that misses.
Lightspeed is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zaadha.

and Lightspeed counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Zaadha throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Lightspeed lands with a hook. Zaadha tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Zaadha looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lightspeed misses with a looping left.
Zaadha swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lightspeed takes a jab right on the kisser.
Zaadha throws a hook but Lightspeed blocks it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Zaadha.

and Lightspeed counters with a nice right hand that sends Zaadha toppling to the canvas! Zaadha scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Lightspeed finish him?!
Zaadha tries a head kick but it misses.
Lightspeed swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

and Zaadha counters with an outside leg kick.
Lightspeed lands an overhand right.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Zaadha scores with a hook to the body. Lightspeed takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Zaadha misses the jab.
Zaadha misses with a series of wild punches.
Zaadha tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lightspeed looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Zaadha's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lightspeed under the eye.

Zaadha darts in and clinches Lightspeed up against the cage.
Lightspeed throws a punch but it's blocked by Zaadha.

Zaadha's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Zaadha swings wildly with an uppercut but Lightspeed uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lightspeed breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Zaadha takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Zaadha takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Lightspeed throws out a loose jab but Zaadha uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lightspeed misses with an uppercut. Zaadha saw that one coming.
Zaadha throws a nice inside leg kick.

Zaadha checks a leg kick nicely.
Zaadha doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Zaadha pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lightspeed on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Zaadha throws a leg kick but Lightspeed sees it coming and moves out of range.
Lightspeed misses with a two punch combination.
Lightspeed bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Zaadha's head backwards.

Zaadha closes the distance and clinches.

Lightspeed is leaning against Zaadha and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Zaadha pushes Lightspeed back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Zaadha prevents a body shot from Lightspeed.

Lightspeed lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Zaadha backwards.
Lightspeed cracks Zaadha with a nice body shot.
Lightspeed scores with a nice hook to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lightspeed swings wildly with an uppercut but Zaadha uses good head movement to avoid it.
Zaadha tries to work over Lightspeed's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Zaadha has a couple of punches blocked by Lightspeed.
A nice left hand lands by Zaadha.
Zaadha tries to pull guard but Lightspeed won't allow it.
Lightspeed scores with a shot to the side of Zaadha's head.
Zaadha blocks a body shot from Lightspeed.
Zaadha is trying to stall.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Zaadha tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lightspeed avoids it.
Still in the clinch, Lightspeed scores with a nice short uppercut.
Lightspeed throws a head punch that misses.
Lightspeed lands a right hand.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Arax Lightspeed dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Lightspeed uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zaadha.
Arax Lightspeed is winning the standup battle so far.
Zaadha looks to land a combination but Lightspeed avoids it well.

Zaadha swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lightspeed seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Lightspeed drops Zaadha with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Zaadha looks back up at him and smiles so Lightspeed waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Zaadha is rocked!
