Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jingky Benarao (ranked 1975 p4p, 3226 weight class) and Suuk Mah Dong (ranked 280 p4p, 428 weight class). Mah Dong has chosen Kyary Pamyu Pamyu - PONPONPON as his entrance music. Suuk Mah Dong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jingky Benarao!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Suuk Mah Dong!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mah Dong staying out of range there.
Jingky Benarao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Benarao throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mah Dong stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Benarao fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mah Dong on the side of the head.
Benarao definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Benarao tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mah Dong swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Benarao steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mah Dong.
Mah Dong's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Benarao connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mah Dong scrambles back to his feet.
Benarao cracks Mah Dong with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Mah Dong moves away from the strike by Benarao.
Benarao connects with a body shot.
Mah Dong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mah Dong avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
As Benarao backs off Mah Dong throws a huge counter combo but Benarao manages to avoid it all.
Mah Dong swings widly with a right hand
and Benarao makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Benarao rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mah Dong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mah Dong keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Benarao.

Benarao swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mah Dong takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

We've been informed that Mah Dong has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Benarao tries a body shot but Mah Dong blocks it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mah Dong creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Benarao lands a hook to the side of the head.
Mah Dong blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mah Dong wants to get back to striking at distance but Benarao won't allow it.
Mah Dong lands a nice shot to the body.
Benarao misses with a punch on the inside.
Mah Dong tries to throw a body punch but Benarao avoids it by throwing Mah Dong back against the cage.
Benarao throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mah Dongs head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Mah Dong.
Still in the clinch, Benarao scores with a nice short uppercut.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Mah Dong lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Benarao or not.
Benarao swings away with an uppercut that misses.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jingky Benarao dominated that round.

Benarao needs to keep his hands up - Mah Dong had a free shot at his head there.
Mah Dong ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Mah Dong scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Mah Dong sends Benarao crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mah Dong is motioning to the referee to let Benarao up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Benarao is rocked!
It looks like Jingky Benarao has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Mah Dong counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

A less than humble Suuk Mah Dong misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
