PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tong Po (ranked 65 p4p, 108 weight class) and Joost Van Buren (ranked 12 p4p, 20 weight class). Po comes to the cage accompanied by Muay Thai Music - Wai Khru Ram Muay. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Po throws a hook but Van Buren blocks it.
Po takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Van Buren in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Po looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Po backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Van Buren's temple! It sends Van Buren violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Po celebrates and the doctors try to help Van Buren!
