Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Dyson (ranked 3505 p4p, 5615 weight class) and Juanma Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dyson lands with a kick to the temple. Lopez shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Juanma Lopez has been cut.

Lopez gets a double leg takedown into Dyson's guard.
Lopez stands up over Dyson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Dyson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lopez on the ground.
Lopez stops Dyson from standing up.
My spies in Cozad The Island inform me that Lopez has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Lopez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dyson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lopez has managed to get both his arms back between Dyson's legs - danger averted.
Lopez stays in close to Dyson's body and controls the position.

Lopez drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Lopez seems to have locked his on tight now - Dyson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Lopez, as he picks up the win!
