And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Glenn Welch!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Chad Campbell and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welch fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Amadaus manages to avoid it.
Amadaus throws a good cross that connects.
Welch slips a jab from Amadaus.
Amadaus scores with a crisp jab that stopped Welch in his tracks.
Welch misses with a double jab
and Amadaus counters with a left to the body.

Welch fails to land the takedown.
Welch steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Amadaus.
Welch's coach down at EFC Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Welch's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Welch looks for a takedown but Amadaus sprawls well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Amadaus counters with a straight right hand.
Glenn Welch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Amadaus counters with a crisp right that sends Welch to the canvas! Amadaus follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
