The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodionovich thuds his right hand into Der Veer Jr's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Rodionovich keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rodionovich takes a swing at Der Veer Jr's ribcage but misses.
Rodionovich closes the distance and pushes Der Veer Jr back into the cage.
Der Veer Jr goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rodionovich prevents it.
Rodionovich scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like Van Der Veer Jr has been cut.
Rodionovich working the clinch nicely. Der Veer Jr is working for position but Rodionovich cracks him with a big knee to the head! Der Veer Jr crumples up against the cage and Rodionovich lands two more shots before the ref can save Der Veer Jr! This one is all over!
